Despite being located right off the highway (which is also a plus as it is right near the exit), the rooms are surprisingly quiet. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, and great water pressure in the shower. Have stayed here several times. Appreciated the goody bag too when I checked out!

Location just off an autobahn!. Not the most scenic of hotels. Staff are friendly enough. Food in the restaurant though is excellent. But small portions. Would definitely recommend for an anniversary or something.

2 night business trip. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was adequate. Internet was good. It was difficult to figure out how to turn on the heat in the room.

Hotel review only- did not dine in restaurant. Excellent check in process. Nice CLEAN room with small safe and fridge. Complementary bottle of water. Big TV, comfortable queen bed. Excellent blackout blinds. Plenty of storage. We thought it odd that the bathroom door is clear (see photo, door is closed). It wasn’t the best as far as privacy or not waking others in the morning but not a big deal. Overall a perfect stay.

I stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments and it felt like home! I was in town for work and this place provided everything I needed for my 2 week stay. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

TL;DR: We couldn't check in to our hotel, and the receptionist is treating to sue us and increased the "cancelation" fee. I booked a room here, and not once was I ever informed that the hotel reception had hours. I've been to 20+ hotels worldwide in my life, and never once have I seen a hotel with reception hours. Me and my girlfriend and I arrived at 1 am. We could not find the reception to see if there was a number to call or a bell. I attempted to use a number from hotels.com, but I was sent straight to a voice-mail. We left to go to another hotel so that we didn't have to sleep in the car. The next day we called them and the man at the reception desk was instantly rude and gave us "Why didn't you?!?!" Response. Afterwords he told us that we had to pay a cancelation fee. We tried to calmy and tell him we didn't cancel. Check-in was just not possible for us. Therefore, we refused to pay. He then attempted to threaten us by saying he would call the travel agency, and they would charge us double. We told him to do so. He then sent us a message saying we have to pay for our entire time there or else he would sue. He also keeps attempting to pull money from my account even after I told him we are refusing to pay. The hotel staff is very unprofessional, rude, and unwilling to negotiate/cooperate with you.
